Seller information
Ordering and acceptance
Selecting Buy now starts your purchase. After entering your details and providing photo ID, you review and electronically sign the purchase agreement. The final signing button submits an order with an obligation to pay if we accept it under the agreed terms. Our automatic acknowledgement is not our acceptance. We confirm acceptance in writing after checking availability and payment.
Multiple customers may submit orders for the same vehicle. Completing the website steps does not exclusively hold it. Do not transfer funds until our team has confirmed availability and sent you written payment instructions. We will promptly refund payments for an order we cannot fulfil. A vehicle is marked Sold manually when our team confirms its sale.
Price and payment
The vehicle and price displayed at the start are recorded in your purchase documents. That price is the full and final amount payable to us, including UK delivery and any applicable taxes charged by us. We will not request additional delivery, administration, paperwork or vehicle-release payments. Vehicle tax and insurance paid to third parties remain your responsibility.
Payment is by bank transfer only, in full before delivery. Our agents send bank details manually by email after the purchase steps. Check your inbox and junk folder. Verify beneficiary details with your established contact before transferring funds.
Delivery and ownership
We supply vehicles to UK customers by delivery. Delivery information is shown before signing; contact us if a specific date is important. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery takes place within 30 days of acceptance. We confirm the appointment in writing. Risk passes when you or your nominated recipient takes possession. Ownership passes after cleared payment and delivery, subject to the written agreement. The online process does not automatically change DVLA keeper records.
Five-day testing promise
You have five calendar days after delivery to inspect and test your vehicle. If it is not right for you, tell us within that period. We arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid to us. This additional promise does not limit your statutory rights.
Statutory rights and cancellation
For qualifying consumer distance purchases, you generally have 14 days after the day you receive the vehicle to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. You generally have a further 14 days to return it unless we have agreed to collect it. We arrange collection at our expense under these terms. Refunds, including any standard delivery cost, are made without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation where we have offered collection. Outside our additional five-day promise, a lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the vehicle’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Your rights for a faulty or misdescribed vehicle are separate and unaffected.
Cancellation notice
Email or write to the contact shown above. You may use this optional model: I give notice that I cancel my contract for [vehicle / reference], ordered on / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper]. Any clear statement of cancellation is sufficient.
ID and signed documents
Photo ID is required by our sales process to check buyer identity and prepare purchase and keeper paperwork. This does not mean that DVLA universally requires an ID copy. You can inspect the agreement before signing and receive a downloadable PDF afterwards. Typed and drawn signatures record your explicit acceptance; the system does not claim a qualified digital certificate or independent identity verification.
Vehicle condition, warranty and complaints
Review the photographs, description, disclosed condition, history and vehicle-specific warranty information. Commercial warranty coverage is subject to its supplied terms and does not replace statutory remedies. Contact our team promptly with any concern. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer protections or applicable rights to use your local courts.
