How Buying Works

Buy your next car from home

Choose your vehicle, review the photographs and disclosed condition, then select Buy now. The next page shows the exact vehicle and its full price.

1. Your details

Enter your name, email, phone number and UK delivery address. The displayed total is the full and final amount payable to us for the vehicle and UK delivery. We will not ask for additional delivery, paperwork, administration or release fees.

2. Photo ID

Upload a clear copy of your photo ID or driving licence. Our team uses it to check your identity and prepare accurate purchase and keeper paperwork. Your details and ID are sent to our authorised agents as email attachments. Read the Privacy notice before uploading.

3. Review and sign

Read every page of your purchase document. Correct your details if needed, then draw your signature or type your full name and explicitly accept the terms. You can download your signed PDF and we also email a copy to you.

4. Bank transfer, then delivery

Our team emails the bank details manually. Check your inbox and junk folder regularly. Full payment is required before delivery. We confirm acceptance, payment and delivery arrangements in writing. Completing the online steps does not mean that payment has cleared or ownership has transferred.

Five days to test at home

After delivery, you have our additional five-day testing and return promise. If the car is not right for you, contact us within five calendar days. We arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid to us under this promise. Read Delivery & Returns for the full terms and your statutory rights.
