How do I buy a vehicle?
Choose Buy now, enter your details, upload photo ID, then review and sign your purchase agreement. We email bank instructions manually. Full bank transfer payment is required before delivery.
Is the displayed price the whole amount?
Yes. The displayed price is the full and final amount payable to us for the vehicle and UK delivery. We do not add delivery, administration, paperwork or release fees. Vehicle tax and insurance paid to third parties remain your responsibility.
Why do you request ID?
We require a photo ID or driving licence to check buyer identity and prepare accurate purchase and keeper paperwork. Our authorised agents receive the file as an email attachment. This is our sales requirement, not a statement that every DVLA keeper change requires an ID copy. See Privacy for details.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Read the PDF, then draw your signature or type your full name and explicitly accept the agreement. Download the signed PDF if you wish. We also email a copy.
When do I get the bank details?
Our agents send them manually as soon as possible after you complete the purchase documents. Please check your inbox and junk folder. Wait for our instructions and verify the beneficiary details before paying.
Is the vehicle mine after signing?
The online steps submit your order. They do not confirm cleared payment or transfer ownership. We confirm availability, acceptance and payment in writing and arrange delivery. Other orders remain possible until a vehicle is manually marked Sold.
How long can I test the vehicle?
Our additional testing and return promise lasts five calendar days after delivery. Contact us within that period if the car is not right for you; we arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid to us. This promise is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Read Delivery & Returns for all terms.
