UK home delivery
UK delivery is included in the vehicle price. There are no additional delivery, administration, paperwork or vehicle-release payments to us. Full payment by bank transfer is required before delivery. We confirm acceptance and an appointment in writing after verifying payment. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery takes place within 30 days of acceptance.
Five days to test your car
You have our additional five-calendar-day testing and return promise after delivery. If the vehicle is not right for you, notify us within that period. We arrange collection at our expense and refund the full amount paid to us. Make sure the vehicle is appropriately taxed and insured before driving.
Statutory cancellation and consumer rights
The five-day promise does not reduce your statutory rights. Qualifying consumer distance purchases generally include 14 days after the day of receipt to notify us of cancellation without a reason, followed by a further 14 days to return the vehicle unless we agree to collect. We arrange collection at our expense under our terms. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of being told of cancellation where we offer collection, including any standard delivery cost. Outside the additional five-day promise, a lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the vehicle’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Contact us about a return
Give your name, vehicle or order reference, delivery date and a clear statement that you wish to return or cancel. You do not have to give a reason to exercise statutory cancellation rights. The Terms of Sale contain an optional cancellation notice.
